Lefkara Handicraft Museum
Lefkara Handicraft Museum is accommodated at Patsalos House in the village of Lefkara in the region of Larnaca. The village of Lefkara is located at the southeast foothills of the Troodos mountain, at the province of Larnaka. The House of Patsalos was purchased by the Antiquities Department and, opened its doors to the public on August 1988. Lefkara Handicraft Museum was founded with the objective to preserve, develop and continue the local tradition in embroidery and silversmith. To this end, it trains young people and encourages them to engage with these traditional crafts.
